The hotel offers big, clean, and comfortable rooms. Madam Zinab stands out for her very friendly service. The location is great, close to the airport, malls, and restaurants, although the confusion about credit card authorization is a drawback. The dining experience is a letdown due to an issue with the TV in the room, but the service is generally helpful and accommodating.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and big, but not so clean, especially the bathroom. It was quite noisy but convenient for minibar filling. The service was really helpful and friendly, especially a lady named Bushra. The location was good, just across the street from a delivery service. The dining experience was merely enough but with poor quality food. Despite the flaws, the stay was recommended for its unique atmosphere and music at the bar.
